Manually install the dll file

1. Download the file d3d9 to your desktop.

d3d9 errors usually occur from two programs who are sharing the dll file.
When you delete one of the programs, it will sometimes delete the dll file that is being shared.
This can cause the dll file d3d9 to be missing or damaged.
Errors can also occur from not having the correct version of the dll file or having the dll placed in the wrong program directory.
